Verbesserungen in diesen Bereichen wirken sich direkt auf die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit eines Flugzeugs aus \u2013 etwa bei Nutzlast, Reichweite oder Treibstoffverbrauch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kooperation mit Airbus Defence and Space<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereits seit mehr als acht Jahren arbeitet die RISC Software GmbH gemeinsam mit Ingenieur*innen von Airbus Defence and Space an einem Softwaresystem, das gewichtsoptimierte Entw\u00fcrfe f\u00fcr Flugzeugstrukturen berechnet. Besonders wichtig ist dabei, dass schon in einer fr\u00fchen Konstruktionsphase die optimale Geometrie sowie die bestm\u00f6gliche Materialwahl analysiert werden. Genau in diesem Stadium bestehen die gr\u00f6\u00dften Freiheitsgrade \u2013 und damit das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Potenzial f\u00fcr Gewichtseinsparungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lagrange: das multidisziplin\u00e4re Strukturoptimierungssystem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diese Anforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen, entwickelte Airbus Defence and Space das Optimierungssystem <strong>Lagrange<\/strong>. Mit ihm lassen sich Leichtbaustrukturen hinsichtlich zahlreicher Entwurfsparameter optimieren. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Querschnitte einzelner Bauteile oder ganzer Baugruppen sowie Lagendicken und Faserbahnverl\u00e4ufe von Verbundmaterialien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ziel ist ein minimales Gewicht bei gleichzeitiger Erf\u00fcllung vieler mechanischer und physikalischer Anforderungen. Lagrange stellt daf\u00fcr ein breites Spektrum an Analyse- und Kriterienmodellen bereit. Neben Festigkeits- und Stabilit\u00e4tskriterien k\u00f6nnen auch Restriktionen zu Eigenschwingungen, Flattergeschwindigkeiten oder anderen aeroelastischen Effekten ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatisierte und realit\u00e4tsnahe Entw\u00fcrfe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine besondere St\u00e4rke liegt in der gekoppelten Aerodynamik-Struktur-Analyse (Aeroelastik). Dadurch lassen sich beim Entwurf nicht nur die Dimensionierung der Strukturelemente, sondern auch aerodynamische Lasten direkt beeinflussen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ber\u00fccksichtigt Lagrange Fertigungsrestriktionen f\u00fcr Faserverbundwerkstoffe. So ist sichergestellt, dass optimierte Entw\u00fcrfe auch tats\u00e4chlich produzierbar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereits zu Beginn der Entwurfsphase k\u00f6nnen dadurch sehr realit\u00e4tsnahe Modelle entstehen \u2013 mit mehreren tausend Variablen und bis zu hunderttausend Randbedingungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beitrag der RISC Software GmbH<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit 2009 ist die RISC Software GmbH Hauptentwicklungspartnerin f\u00fcr die Weiterentwicklung zentraler Systemteile von Lagrange. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Implementierung moderner, effizienter Berechnungsmethoden und der optimalen Nutzung aktueller Hardwareplattformen. Insbesondere parallele und verteilte Rechnerarchitekturen spielen eine entscheidende Rolle, um die hohen Anforderungen der Luftfahrtindustrie zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
