RISC Software GmbH is pleased to present one of its outstanding projects: the redesign and modernization of an existing B2B portal for its client, TOP-TEAM Zentraleinkauf GmbH. TOP-TEAM Zentraleinkauf GmbH is an internationally operating purchasing company in the food sector. Their goal is to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent product quality. In addition, they place a strong focus on sustainability. TOP-TEAM’s competencies range from price and condition negotiations to quality assurance for private label and industrial brand products. They also manage supply chains and build as well as maintain supplier relationships. To handle these tasks effectively, TOP-TEAM relies on a central article and supplier data management system. Furthermore, they use a B2B portal for data collection by suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenge: Transforming the Old into Something New and Better<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The old B2B portal no longer met the growing demands of TOP-TEAM. Therefore, RISC Software GmbH faced the challenge of creating something new and better. As specialists in Digital Product Development, this project was an exciting opportunity to prove our expertise. Moreover, we aimed to deliver a solution perfectly tailored to TOP-TEAM and their customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to our agile development methodology, we were able to work iteratively in regular sprints, make improvements, and ensure that the product continued to meet our customer’s expectations. TOP-TEAM was an integral part of this process, and their valuable feedback and suggestions helped us create a B2B portal that precisely meets their requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

End Result: An Optimized and Modernized B2B Portal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The end result of this joint effort is a completely redesigned and modernized B2B portal, which not only replaces the previous system but also optimizes TOP-TEAM’s business processes and significantly increases customer satisfaction.
