In contrast to user interface (UI) design, UX design deals with the experience, i.e. the perception of the website. The focus is on the emotions that users feel when experiencing the web application.     The first impression counts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    How often do you experience it yourself or see other users “struggling” with a web application or software product, getting nowhere or giving up in despair? Online shops that are illogically structured or confusing websites that do not offer a clear structure quickly leave users frustrated. If such behaviour is observed, we speak of a poor user experience (UX): Users do not feel comfortable on the application and, in the worst case, leave the application annoyed or do not complete the ordering process. A nightmare for every operator! The information and content can be as good as it is – if the UX design of an application does not fit, it will not be used and all the work was in vain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
